Step 1: Site Visit
The foundation of creating your bespoke sauna experience starts with an in-home consultation by one of our certified sauna specialists. During this visit, we'll assess your space, and get a better understanding for the vision. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions!

Step 2: Design
Following an in-home consultation with our sauna specialist, we'll create a detailed CAD drawing based on your vision and requirements. Once we confirm all design elements, wood species, and heater preferences, you'll receive a comprehensive estimate for your custom sauna project.

Step 3: Deliver/Install
Your custom sauna materials typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation, barring any stock limitations. Once delivered, our professional installation team will complete your project on-site. Most installations are completed within 1-2 weeks, with timeframes varying based on project size and complexity.
