Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, reach out to us and we'll work with you to resolve it. Below are the details of our return and refund process.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 4 days of placement at no charge, as long as the item hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled as a return.

If your order is delayed due to manufacturer lead times (many of our products are made to order in Europe), we'll notify you with an updated timeline. If you choose to cancel a backordered item after agreeing to wait, a small 3% processing fee may apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in their original, unused, and resellable condition with all original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@eastcoastsaunas.com and we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. A 25% restocking fee applies to cover handling, initial shipping, and processing costs. Original shipping fees on small orders are non-refundable.

Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Just follow the procedures outlined in our shipping policy and contact us right away.

For warranty-related issues, we'll work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the problem or arrange a replacement on your behalf.

We take shipping damage seriously. Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

Custom sauna packages — any materials or designs manufactured to your specifications.

Sauna wood products — wood that has been cut, shipped, or prepared for your project.

Replacement parts — individual components ordered as replacements.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused for reasons other than visible damage or a shipping error on our part, the standard 25% restocking fee may apply if charged to us by the manufacturer.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change. If a pricing error occurs, we'll notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. If the correct price is lower, we'll honor the lower price.
