Order Processing & Cancellation Policies
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped based on product availability.

If a product is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you with an updated timeline.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 4 days of placement without penalty, provided the item has not shipped.

Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Instead, the order will be processed as a return and subject to our standard return and restocking fees.
Manufacturer Delays
- Backordered Items: Delays due to manufacturer lead times can occur and are beyond our control, as many items are made to order and manufactured in Europe. All lead times provided are estimates and may change based on production schedules. Orders delayed due to manufacturer lead times are subject to a 3% cancellation fee if you have agreed to wait. Please note that all lead times are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing schedules.
Refused Deliveries

If an item is refused upon delivery for reasons other than damage or East Coast Saunas shipping error, the order will be subject to our standard 25% restocking fee. This is ONLY if the Manufacturer charges us the fee directly for restocking.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resellable condition in the original packaging.
Return Process

Email us at support@eastcoastsaunas.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number.

Assist East Coast Saunas in coordinating the return shipping process, or ship the item directly to the address provided in your RMA instructions if directed by East Coast Saunas
Important Notes (In the event that you are coordinating return):

You are responsible for the shipping cost.

We recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance for your return.
- Returns without prior authorization will be denied.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify it is in unused and resellable condition, we will process your refund as follows:

Refund Amount: Your purchase price will be refunded, minus a 25% restocking fee.
- Any original shipping fees on small orders are not eligible for refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Restocking Fee:
The 25% restocking fee covers costs such as initial shipping, payment processing fees, and repackaging.
Final Sale Items:

Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. Follow the shipping damage procedures outlined in our shipping policy

For warranty issues, we will assist in resolving the problem or obtaining a replacement through the manufacturers warranty policy.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom Products: Items manufactured or customized to your specifications (e.g., custom saunas, sauna kits, any sauna kit requiring your signature approval at the time of ordering or panels).

Replacement Parts: Returns are not accepted for replacement parts.

Sauna Wood: Returns are not accepted for sauna wood products.
Pricing and Purchasing Disclaimer
All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, occasional errors in pricing or availability may occur.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, technical, or supplier error, we reserve the right to:

Cancel the order and notify you of the pricing error.

Allow you to repurchase the item at the correct price.

If an item’s correct price is lower than stated, we will adjust to the lower price and proceed with the order.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order if the item is unavailable.
Unauthorized Use of Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are provided at our sole discretion and are intended only for the recipients, promotions, or campaigns for which they are issued. Any unauthorized use of a coupon code, including, but not limited to, the use of expired, duplicated, shared, or misused codes, may result in the cancellation of the associated order.
We reserve the right to review, deny, or cancel any order where a coupon code has been used improperly or without authorization. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded as appropriate.
To avoid delays or cancellations, please ensure that any coupon code you use has been issued to you directly by East Coast Saunas or is part of an official promotion listed on our website or verified marketing channels.
