The sauna industry is full of noise — infrared units marketed as "saunas," cheap kits that fall apart, contractors who've never built one guessing their way through it, and homeowners left piecing together advice from forums hoping it turns out okay. We saw that and decided to do something different.

This is a question we get often, and we have a clear answer. Everything we do is rooted in Nordic tradition — simplicity, purity, and reconnecting with nature.
Infrared units are not true saunas. The landmark studies demonstrating sauna's cardiovascular benefits and significant reductions in all-cause mortality were conducted on traditional Nordic saunas operating above 176°F. That is the standard we design to.
Beyond the science, infrared rooms strip away the two things that make a sauna a sauna — real steam (löyly) and high heat. Most don't reach above 150°F. They also pose unknown long-term EMF and EMR exposure that simply hasn't been studied over decades the way traditional saunas have. The sauna should be a place where you disconnect from everything — including excess EMF.
