We've built our business on word-of-mouth from happy Long Island homeowners, that doesn't happen if we push people into projects that aren't right for them. If we're a fit, we move forward. Everything you'd want to know before booking the call.
From the day your deposit is received, it typically takes 8 to 12 weeks before our crew is on site to begin the physical install. That window covers final design approval, material lead time, and getting you into our build schedule. The physical installation itself averages 4 to 5 days on site, shorter for smaller rooms, longer for larger or more complex builds. We give you a real timeline tied to your specific project on the design call.
You'll need a licensed electrician for the heater hookup, usually a dedicated 40-60 amp circuit. We provide you with a one-page document spelling out exactly what your electrician needs to do, in plain English. You can forward it to them directly. If you don't have an electrician, we can recommend one.
This is the question that matters most. Our clients tell us they use their sauna 4-7 days a week. The two things that drive daily use are (1) putting it in the right place in your home, and (2) building it right so it heats fast and feels great. Both of those start on the design call.
