Curbside Delivery
- A Driver will call you to schedule the delivery (must be signed for)
- Delivery is Curbside only, driver will lower the crate to the ground with a lift gate
- Review the crate has not been damaged and all components are in good condition. If anything is damaged, make a note on the BOL before signing and take photos.
- Components are neatly packaged inside the crate with a complete manual ready for install

Add your 2 person sauna to the cart, complete checkout, and reserve your slot with a current lead time of 4-6 weeks.
Site Preparation
Once an order is placed, our team will contact you via phone and email to review all considerations for site preparation.
Delivery & Installation
Your sauna is delivered curbside to your property, and installation is completed in 1-2 days using the provided install guides and any support needed by ECS.
If you live on Long Island and you selected to add on installation, we will coordinate the complete deliver/install for you.
Designed for Simple Assembly
The Cube Saunas are engineered for efficient installation with detailed documentation and clearly defined components. When purchased through East Coast Saunas, you also receive direct access to experienced sauna specialists for clarification if needed.
