Hot Steel
HUUM electric sauna heaters get hotter than any other in North America, reaching up to 230°F. They use SGS standards, which are fully accepted in the US, allowing saunas to achieve desired temperatures effortlessly.
Other sauna heater companies are UL-listed and can't go above 194°F. This often results in lower temperatures at bench level, making it difficult to achieve the desired sauna experience.
Rock Capacity
The Steel has a much larger rock capacity when compared to Cliff. Instead of the 5 boxes of stones that fit the Cliff, the Steel has a capacity of 10 boxes, doubling the amount of stones.
The more stones there are, the softer the steam is rather than sharp steam. This is because each stone’s temperature is lower the more stones are in the heater, providing a softer, more even steam.
Superior Steam
The amount of metal used in HUUM sauna heaters is very small – this ensures that the majority of the heat derives from the stones, and not from the metal. This maximizes the proportion of beneficial negative ions in the air, which is also high in the traditional wood-heated sauna.
This and the exceptionally large quantity of sauna rocks are the secret ingredients of the curative, gentle and long-lasting steam of our sauna heaters.
Sauna Control
HUUM sauna control system has 2 different configurations; local and WiFi enabled. When you have a local control system, you can control the sauna from the control panel placed on the wall outside of your sauna room.
When you have a WiFi-enabled system, you can control the sauna through an app on your phone (regardless of your location), or from the control panel itself.
