Thermory saunas shipping is included for FREE to the 48 contiguous states, covering the transportation of both the sauna heater and any additional accessories. Shipping to Canada will cost extra.

About Shipping Times: The shipping time varies depending on the specific model and current demand. While most models are readily available in stock, others are made to order. To obtain a precise estimate of the shipping time for your chosen model, feel free to contact us.

All shipments are conducted via LTL (less-than-truckload) services, necessitating the scheduling of a special delivery appointment. You are contacted to coordinate this appointment in advance of your shipment and they will drop off curbside. We will call you prior to this to ensure everything is coordinated properly.

Unloading

You will get a sauna crate/pallet delivered to your driveway when you order this sauna. The delivery driver will be responsible for curbside delivery and will lower the items to ground level. We will call you prior to delivery to discuss this with you.

Electrical Requirements

Electrical Requirements

You need 2 lines of electricity for your sauna. First one is 240V/1ph for the sauna heater. The other one is standard 120V/1ph for the LED or Overhead lighting depending on the sauna kit and your desired lighting.

Refer to the Heater Manuals for specific wires for your electrician. If you're not sure, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to coordinate this with your electrician directly to ensure a smooth delivery process.

You need to make sure that you have a leveled and sturdy base for your sauna. You have to also consider where the water goes through the drain depending on the location of the sauna. We recommend either a concrete pad, pavers, or crushed stones.
